A creditor holding a decree requiring the provisions of Section 156 to be applied, or society to which:‐ |

any amount is due under a certificate granted by the Registrar under section 98, under sub-sections (1) or (2) of section 101 or under sub-section (1) of Section 137 or sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 154B-29 together with interest, if any, due on such amount or sum and the costs of process by the attachment and sale or by sale without attachemnt of the property of the person against whom such decree, decision, award or order has been obtained or passed, shall apply to the Recovery Officer within whose jurisdiction the debtor resides or the property of the debtor is situated. In the case of a society, a copy of the resolution of the committee of the society authorising any of the members t make and sign the application on its behalf, shall accompany the application: |

Provided that no such application shall be necessary in respect of a certificate given under sub-section (1) or (2) of Section 101 or sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 154B-29 of the awards or order referred to in rule 84. |
