Non-application of provisions of these Rules to housing societies
Rules 4, 19, sub-rule (1) of rule 20, rules 22, 25, 27, 30A, rules 35 to 48, rules 49B, 49C, 53, 53C, 63A, 66, 86A, rules 93 to 103 of these Rules shall not apply to the housing societies.
